Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what data VPNPQ handles when providing subscription services, processing orders, maintaining accounts, and improving the website, as well as how that data is used, retained, and deleted. Please read the following before using the service.
Data Collection and Processing Purposes
Creating a VPNPQ account does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, so an email address is not required for registration. The system stores the username, encrypted authentication data, account status, and subscription status for login verification, permission checks, account access recovery, and prevention of abnormal activity.
Order records include the selected plan, payable and paid amounts, payment status, transaction time, refund status, and necessary transaction identifiers returned by the payment channel. This information is used to complete settlement, verify orders, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. VPNPQ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the required data varies by the channel selected.
When you visit the marketing website, the system may process visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, approximate region, event time, and basic error information. This helps verify that pages display properly, identify technical issues, and assess content usage. Visit analytics are not used to build profiles of users' activity on international websites.
No Logs and Connection Data
VPNPQ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, page content, DNS queries, or communications, and does not maintain a long-term connection history that links an account to specific network activity.
While the service is running, the system must temporarily process necessary session data to verify subscription validity, calculate used traffic, assign routes, and maintain connections. This data is used only for the relevant technical task and is not retained as a long-term record of user activity. Traffic statistics are associated with accounts as usage summaries to show remaining plan capacity and enforce subscription rules; they cannot be used to reconstruct specific browsing content.
When a user submits a fault report, the ticket may include diagnostic details provided by the user. VPNPQ uses this information only to investigate the reported issue. Remove unrelated personal data, credentials, and private content before submitting a report.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security markers. These mechanisms maintain sessions, prevent repeated setup, and support normal account panel operation. They are not used to record specific content accessed through international routes.
You can clear or restrict Cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, your login status and some preferences may be lost, requiring you to log in again or reselect settings. To protect your account, keep it signed in only on trusted devices.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments are processed by the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT-related service selected by the user. The payment page may be provided by the relevant channel, and its data processing is governed by that channel's own rules. VPNPQ does not receive complete payment credentials that the payment channel is not required to provide to the service. It retains only the transaction results and identifiers needed to confirm orders, reconcile payments, process refunds, and handle disputes.
Payment channels may independently process relevant information for risk control, compliance, or settlement purposes. Before submitting a payment, review the privacy notice and transaction terms displayed by the selected channel.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Order, payment, and refund records are kept only as needed to complete settlement, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Visit analytics and technical error information are retained only for the period needed for analysis, troubleshooting, or security checks; once the purpose is met, they are deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot identify a specific user.
Users may request deletion of account information through the ticket entry in the account panel. VPNPQ will first verify control of the account before processing deletable data. Information still related to incomplete orders, refunds, disputes, or necessary security records may need to be retained until the relevant matter ends; its use will be limited to that matter.
Policy Updates and User Choices
This policy may be updated when data processing methods, website features, payment procedures, or applicable requirements change. New versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to data use will be highlighted through visible notices on the site so users can understand them before continuing to use the service.
Users should review this policy regularly. If you disagree with updated data processing rules, you can stop using the subscription service and submit a data deletion request through the account panel. Continued use of the service indicates that you have read the policy version in effect at that time.
