Service Scope and Applicability
VPNPQ provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 230+ routes to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connections to supported network services. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, route types, and client features are based on what is shown in the user panel at the time.
Connection results may be affected by the user's location, access provider, device environment, target service status, and third-party rules. VPNPQ may adjust nodes, access methods, and client features because of route maintenance, capacity planning, security risks, or external network changes. Such adjustments do not alter valid subscription benefits already obtained by the user, but specific regions, websites, or features may be temporarily unavailable due to objective conditions.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and order activity carried out through their account. If credentials are exposed or the account shows unusual activity, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder and devices they actually manage. Do not publicly share the account, subscription details, or access credentials with others, or resell, rent, distribute, split, or otherwise provide the service to third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account risks, and related losses caused by public sharing, resale, or improper storage of credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable use cases before placing an order. After an order takes effect, subscription status and usage can be viewed in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and the regions involved in using the service, and must independently determine whether specific content, websites, or network activities are lawful. VPNPQ must not be used for fraud, unauthorized intrusion, malicious scanning, distribution of malicious programs, sending harassing messages, intellectual property infringement, interference with network facilities, or other unlawful activities.
Users must not attempt to disrupt service operation, evade account permissions, occupy route resources in bulk, interfere with other users' normal connections, or conduct unauthorized testing, copying, or modification of the website, clients, or related systems. VPNPQ may apply necessary technical restrictions to clearly abnormal connection activity to protect route security and maintain normal service operations.
Availability and Liability
VPNPQ performs route maintenance, handles faults, and adjusts service configurations, but does not guarantee that every route, target website, or third-party service will always remain continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected network faults, provider changes, incorrect device configurations, target service restrictions, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of some features.
Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative connection options for their actual needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNPQ is not liable for indirect losses arising from user devices, software settings, improper account protection, changes to third-party services, or uncontrollable events. Where mandatory rules on consumer rights or limits of liability apply, those rules prevail.
Service Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of serious violations of these terms, resale or public sharing of subscriptions, unlawful use of the service, malicious interference with system operation, or similar conduct, VPNPQ may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the nature of the conduct. VPNPQ may provide necessary explanations through the user panel before or after taking action, except where immediate action is required to control an immediate security risk.
Users may stop using the service. Account termination does not affect order obligations, lawful-use responsibilities, or provisions that are required by law to remain effective and that arose before termination. For refunds, please see the Refund Policy: a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
VPNPQ may update these terms because of service features, operational arrangements, or legal requirements, and will publish the revised content and last-update month on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the service.
